Starting as a small partnership firm
in Worli, 30 years before, by its Chairman and Chief Promoter
Mr. L. H. Chitalia in the name of Rajesh Dyechem Industries,
the company has progressed well by acquiring varied experience
in Textile Auxiliaries; Acrylic Copolymer Emulsions for paints
industry; and Water Based Adhesives for wood-to-wood bonding,
stickers and lamination industries. The Company shifted its
office and manufacturing unit at Navi Mumbai in 1988. Adequate
modern facilities and infrastructure were created to strengthen
manufacturing operations and adhere to high quality standards.

Currently, we are looking
for a good startegic partner to fully utilise the available
facilities/infrastructure at RDI Plant and make use of
the exisiting open plot behind.

We
are also keen to tie-up with a reputed progressive company
in Textiles/Garments, Food Processing, Biscuits & Confectioneries,
Toiletories & Cosmetics
or Packaging Industries to make Glaze Polycoat Unit fully
productive. |
The basic arrangement
of course will be in the form of Contract/Toll Manufacturing
with 100% buy-back and a long-term contract agreement. |
